I bought a pair of crazy Halloween false eyelashes from Walmart way back when and it came with this little loose eyeshadow with one of those built in wand applicators, and I just assumed it was crap. But it isn’t! It’s a pain to use, but the color is deep, jewel-toned, emerald green amazingness.
